Why?

I am a Ph.D. student. As many in academic knows Ph.D. is a big investment. Here in my university, It takes at least 5 years to finish the degree. I am in the sixth now and still not complete yet. (OK I am not that smart). It is really a big commitment. Sometime I ask myself “Why did I do this to myself?”. Well, who to blame I did choose to do this; I did think that it’s where my future will be. Still … I still determine to fight to the end. I’ve go too far to give up.

An old song come to mind. The song is Thai song name “Takai dao” which means “Reaching a star”. Just want to share … (with a rough translation)

ตะกายดาว
[Reaching a star]

อยากจะเป็น จะมุ่งไป
[Want to be ...]
